We assist staff in the developmentof both basic and advanced specialty skills through assessment and treatment of patients with a wide variety of diagnoses, in-service training, continuing education courses, and support of formal postgraduate education. We foster career development through supervision and support of special interests, participation in the department clinical ladder program, and upward mobility within the department. We empower our staff and provide a supportive learning environment.

We collaborate with local and national universities to provide a well-rounded learning experience for physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology students. We also pursue opportunities to educate other health care providers and the community at large.
