Dr. Frank completed medical school at Harvard Medical School in 1976 and her residency at Children’s Orthopedic Hospital in Seattle, Washington.  She founded the Failure to Thrive Program at the Boston Medical Center in 1981, which is now called the Grow Clinic for Children.  It is a national model for treating FTT. Dr. Frank has been recognized as a true advocate for children in need.
