Our Services
The Comprehensive Care Program (CCP) provides primary
health care to ensure appropriate and thorough health care for your
child. We practice state-of-the-art developmental disabilities medicine
for children with developmental and/or complex medical conditions
ages birth through 18 years old.
We offer the following special services:
- Primary Health Care: preventative
and routine health care.
- Case Management: coordinate various
asspects of medical, social, nursing, and support services
- Advocacy: a family advocate facilitates
services with public and private agencies
- Sub-specialty Consults: Orthopedics,
Rehabilitation, Genetics, Asthma and Allergy, and Neurology
- Family Support: 24-hour-on-call:
available coverage for medical issues
- Home Visit: assessment of the home,
appropriate services and support, as well as teaching and advice
on technical care
