Weight—by—Date Application
This simple chart application was created for Alan Meyers, MD, within the Department of Pediatrics, BMC. It allows you to print a custom growth chart.
If you would like to download the application, click on one of the links below:
- Weight-By-Date full desktop version
- Weight-By-Date application which will fit on a floppy
Save the file(s) in a new folder that you have named "Weight_By_Date" on your computer, perhaps under PROGRAMS.
Once you have finished the download process, go to the this new folder and double click on the file to begin installing it. These files have been compressed to speed up the time it takes them to get to your computer. This means that once you double click on the file, a self unzipping program will begin. All you need to tell the program is where you want to put these expanded files. We suggest using the same folder you created to receive the download.
Go to this folder and double click on the "Setup" file. The application will be installed on you computer and you can create a desktop shortcut to put an icon to this application on you computer desktop, so you can access it often and easily.
