 "I like The Kids Fund for some of the same reasons I like retailing. I can see the results of my work very quickly. The Kids Fund is not a large, bureaucratic fund where you never see the good things that come of your support. I know that we are doing good things for kids every day - funding the Breastfeeding Room, buying bicycle helmets for kids, funding the pediatric weight management clinic, giving families window guards so their kids are safer. There's a lot of activity. The dedication of the staff, the nurses, and the doctors is inspiring. And infectious."
