Our TeamAdministrative Support StaffWhen you call us at 617.414.5946 you will be greeted by one of our Patient Access Representatives. They will help you make an appointment or direct your call to a nurse if your child is sick. We will ask you for basic information such as your address, phone number and insurance information. If you have already been seen in the clinic, we will ask you to confirm your information each time you return. When you arrive for your visit you will be greeted by another Patient Access Representative. S/he will welcome you to the practice and confirm your registration information. They will ask you to wait and we aim to not have you wait very long. If there is a delay, we will keep you updated.
