The mission of the Otolaryngology Residency Training Program is to educate and train physicians to function independently as specialists in the field.

Every year the Boston Medical Center Residency Training program in Otolaryngology –Head and Neck Surgery attracts a diverse and multitalented group of applicants from top medical schools throughout the United States.  This year we received over 400 applications through ERAS and interviewed 40 excellent candidates.
