Foster Dr. Foster is an Assistant Professor at Boston University School of Medicine. He earned his medical degree and completed his orthopaedic residency at Boston University School of Medicine, and completed an adult sports medicine fellowship at Harvard University, Massachusetts General Hospital. Dr. Foster has extensive experience in all aspects of sports medicine.
