The Neurosurgery Pain Group at the Boston Medical Center offers a variety of treatments to patients who have failed standard medical pain management.

Surgical decompression:
  1. Decompressive laminectomy for “pinched nerve” or sciatica.
  2. Carpal tunnel decompression: open or endoscopic.
  3. Microvascular decompression for trigeminal neuralgia.
