The Neurosurgery Pain Group at the Boston Medical Center offers a variety of treatments to patients who have failed
standard medical pain management.
Surgical decompression:
- Decompressive laminectomy for “pinched nerve” or sciatica.
- Carpal tunnel decompression: open or endoscopic.
- Microvascular decompression for trigeminal neuralgia.
