Boston University School of Medicine Students

The Office of Minority Physician Recruitment works collaboratively with the BUSM Office of Diversity & Multicultural Affairs to make students aware of research, mentorship, and networking opportunities in order to enhance their development as future physicians.


Medical Student Summer Research Program

The Medical Student Summer Research Program (MSSRP) offers up to 30 competitive $2,750 scholarships to first-year Boston University medical students to complete an 8-week research project with a BUMC faculty member during the summer.


Community Building and Networking

The Office of Minority Physician Recruitment hosts a number of networking and social events to help build connections between minority students, trainees, and faculty within the Boston University Medical Center community.
