Patient/Visitor Policy
Definition of a No Show (NS)?
A patient who does not show to her scheduled appointment or a patient who cancels her scheduled appointment within the same session it is scheduled.
No Show Policy
All patients are expected to call if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Patients need to call at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. If a patient fails to cancel their appointment and misses more than three appointments in a six-month period they may be told to obtain their heath care elsewhere.
