Ian Rifkin, M.D.
Lupus nephritis, Transplantation
...is an Associate Professor of Medicine at Boston University. He graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand Medical School in South Africa, and did residency training both in England and in the U.S.A. He completed a renal fellowship at Boston University, and is Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and Nephrology. His particular clinical interests include renal transplantation and lupus nephritis. He also has a Ph.D. from Cambridge University in England, and has an NIH-funded research laboratory focused on lupus research.
