...has been appointed to the positions of attending nephrologist in the Department of Medicine at Boston Medical Center and Instructor in Medicine at the Boston University School of Medicine.

Dr. Beck received a combined MD/PhD degree from Harvard Medical School in Boston. He completed both his residency and renal fellowship at Boston Medical Center.

Beck's clinical interests include the treatments of glomerular disease and chronic kidney disease. He currently conducts research on the molecular basis of membranous nephropathy.
