As we live in a fast-paced, high-stress, unhealthy food environment, our behavior classes help you
build the skills necessary to lose and maintain weight. We recognize that when willpower wanes,
as it will, skillpower can lead you to success. We focus on nutrition, physical activity and
control of high-risk situations. When you enter our program, you are encouraged to record your
food intake daily and to participate in a weekly interactive educational group session. We
strongly believe that your success depends on regular attendance, conscientious record keeping
and commitment to a maintenance program.
