Medical Care Affiliates was established at the Prudential Center in 1977. Since this time our board certified internal medicine doctors and nurse practitioners have provided care to thousands of Boston area patients. In addition to primary care, specific expertise in hypertension, preventative cardiology and women’s health is available. We employ a care delivery system that achieves efficiency, service quality, and patient satisfaction, integrating MCA clinicians, support personnel, referral, and consultation resources and ancillary services.
