ServicesGeriatrics Assessment CenterIn addition to offering primary care through our ambulatory practice, the Section of Geriatrics operates a Geriatrics Assessment Center (GAC). At the Center, older adults receive a comprehensive, interdisciplinary team evaluation to help you, your family, your primary care physician, and involved agencies develop a treatment plan that addresses medical, psychological, social and functional issues. Our location in the Yawkey Ambulatory Care Center at Boston Medical Center makes it easy for us to coordinate any specialty care you might need. The Geriatrics Assessment Center provides a comprehensive consultation and detailed written report and recommendations for you, your family and your primary care provider.
