Charles M. Bliss, Jr., M.D.
Charles M. Bliss, Jr., M.D., an
associate member of the Section of
Gastroenterology of Boston Medical
Center, is board certified in Internal
Medicine and Gastroenterology. He
received his undergraduate degree
from Amherst College in
Massachusetts, prior to completing
his medical studies at Boston
University School of Medicine. After
performing his Internship and
Residency in Internal Medicine at
Boston City Hospital, he completed
his fellowship training in Gastroenterology at University
Hospital in Boston. Following his training, Dr. Bliss joined the
staff of East Boston Neighborhood Health Center as a
Gastroenterologist, while maintaining his ties to the Section of
Gastroenterology of Boston Medical Center. Dr. Bliss has been
involved in several clinical studies, including colon cancer
screening and liver disease, in addition to his clinical
responsibilities. Dr. Bliss is a member of the American
Gastroenterological Association, American College of
Gastroenterology, and the American College of Physicians.
