| Description | BOSTON HEALTH CARE FOR THE HOMELESS PROGRAM - McINNIS HEALTH GROUP´S team of physicians, dentists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, mental health clinicians, and case workers provide accessible and available community and hospital-based services at 65 clinical sites. Primary medical care is available at the Boston Medical Center, Massachusetts General Hospital, Lemuel Shattuck Hospital, St. Francis House Day Shelter, Pine Street Inn and Long Island Shelter. Other clinic sites include adult and family shelters; soup kitchens; night centers; specialty women shelters for family violence; substance abuse treatment programs; and transitional programs for the homeless mentally ill. |
