Joseph A. Vita, MD

An Associate Professor of Medicine, Dr. Vita is also Associate Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory and Director of Catheterization Laboratory Research at Boston Medical Center. Dr. Vita is a member of the American Society for Clinical Investigation, a Fellow of the Council on Circulation as well as an Established investigator of the American Heart Association. He is the principal investigator of three grants from the NIH that focus on the role of endothelial dysfunction in atherogenesis and vascular disease.

John F. Keaney, Jr, MD

An Associate Professor of Medicine and Pharmacology, Dr. Keany is a past recipient of an NIH National Research Service Award, a Pfizer Fellowship, and current recipient of a Clinical Investigator Development Award from the NIH. Dr. Keaney is a current Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and the American Heart Association Councils on Arteriosclerosis and Circulation. He also serves as Co-Director of the Fellowship Training Program in Cardiovascular Disease at the Boston Medical Center.
