Dr. Mackey is a graduate of Georgetown University Medical School.  He completed his residency in anesthesiology at Tulane University in 1997, followed by a Fellowship in Ambulatory Anesthesia and Critical Care Medicine in 1998.  Dr. Mackey is an Instructor of Anesthesiology at Boston University School of Medicine.  He joined the staff at Boston Medical Center in 1999.

Dr. Mackey is Board Certified in Anesthesiology.
