Dr.  Feliz is a graduate of the Institute Tecnologico de Santo Domingo.  He completed his anesthesia residency at Boston Medical Center in 2008.  He joined the faculty at Boston Medical Center in 2008. 

Dr. Feliz is Board Certified in Anesthesiology.
